Sarah joined Colortone in 2018 and serves as our Director of Sales. With a passion for making connections, Sarah looks forward to coming in every day to the office to befriend the staff personally and professionally.
In her spare time, Sarah loves to explore the West Side of Cleveland searching for the next best happy hour spot.
Erin Weir

Erin has been part of Colortone since 2016 and serves as our Director of Events. Adventurous and adaptable, Erin loves the unique opportunities each day at Colortone brings.
A former Cast Member at Disney World in Orlando, Erin still carries a deep love for Disney and its theme parks.
Ryan Massey
Director of Production | Partner
Ryan started his Colortone journey in 2016 and now serves as our Director of Production. Inventive and resourceful, Ryan enjoys finding creative solutions for the myriad of challenges live events can create.
Ryan loves to dabble in a wide array of creative pursuits, from playing the guitar to Dungeons & Dragons.
Matt Rowe

Matt has been a Colortone team member since 2013 and now serves as our general manager. A passionate events professional, Matt loves to bring quality event production support to industries from medical to manufacturing.
Matt loves spending time with his family.
Scott Latham
Director of Operations | Partner
Beginning first as a freelance friend of Colortone in 2005, Scott joined Colortone full-time in 2021 and soon after became our Director of Operations. Technical and precise, Scott loves that each job and day the company takes on is entirely unique.
Scott is one of 18 people in the entire world that has all four ETCP certifications.
Finley
Director of First Impressions
Finley has been winning hearts at Colortone since 2021, proudly serving as the office’s Director of First Impressions and unofficial Head of Security. Always on duty (unless she's napping), Finley makes her rounds collecting pets, belly rubs, and the occasional yogurt cup from her coworkers.
When she's off the clock, you’ll find Finley chasing her tennis ball or living her best life crunching on ice cubes like they’re gourmet snacks.
