2025 Oberlin College and Conservatory Commencement
The Women in Manufacturing SUMMIT is a flagship event bringing together leaders, innovators, and changemakers from across the industry. For the 2024 conference in Boston, Colortone supported WiM with full-scale production management, ensuring that every technical element—from keynote audio to breakout sessions—ran smoothly and professionally.
Producing an event at the Hynes Convention Center meant navigating a highly regulated environment with overlapping union jurisdictions—including Teamsters, Stagehands, Decorators, and more. Colortone’s experienced production team coordinated across all union groups and service providers to ensure equipment was loaded in, set up, and operated in accordance with venue requirements. Our team’s proactive planning and on-site adaptability helped WiM focus on delivering powerful programming without operational distractions.
