2025 Oberlin College and Conservatory Commencement
Black Tech Week 2025 was all about the culture. This three-day tech conference brought together founders, investors, and the next generation of innovators for three days of collaboration and celebration. Colortone empowered organizers and attendees alike with moment-making scenic design and AV support.

For our fifth year producing Black Tech Week, we leveraged our familiarity with their brand to cultivate the perfect vibe. That meant coordinating first-class technical support for everyone, from the speakers on stage to the DJ in the lobby. Along with LED and scenic design for multiple stages, our seasoned production team used in-house precision cutters and a pixel-mapped LED light-tube grid to create a massive, three-dimensional branded sign — turning the foyer into a focal point.
